When I was AFSC Treasurer, we had the painful experience of two budget cuts. It has recently emerged that the pain of those cuts was widely shared and never healed.
To help in remembering how clearly the pain was expressed at the time, I am sharing two documents. The first is the analysis from the Chief Diversity Officer. The second is my statement of accountability. I pray that facing the pain more directly will help us all to heal.
